Bioinformatics scientist

Process targeted LC/GC-MS/MS datasets for clients, review flagged peaks and QC output, and contribute to MRMpipe's development and validation. You will see a lot of chromatograms and have opinions about them.

Process and analyse targeted LC/GC-MS/MS batches; review flagged peaks and QC results for accuracy; contribute to pipeline development, testing and validation.
You have
An MSc or PhD in bioinformatics, proteomics, analytical chemistry or a related field; hands-on experience with MS data (MRM, PRM or DDA); working Python and familiarity with scientific data pipelines.
Set-up
Remote, part-time or contract to start, with scope growing as client volume grows.

Client acquisition specialist

Find and engage the bioanalytical labs, CROs and pharma teams that would benefit from automated LC/GC-MS data processing, be their first conversation with Quantivum, and help them through a pilot.

Identify and reach out to target labs and organisations; run first conversations and pilot onboarding; build relationships in the mass-spectrometry community.
You have
Experience selling into scientific or laboratory environments; familiarity with mass spectrometry, proteomics or analytical chemistry; comfort working self-directed in an early-stage company.

Remote, commission-based.
