Process
Three steps, one report.
- 1You send the batch. Raw files and compound list over a secure transfer link. We handle conversion to mzML.
- 2MRMpipe processes it, a scientist reviews it. Baseline-corrected detection, BEMG deconvolution, cross-sample consistency and review scoring. Every flagged peak is checked by a person.
- 3You get the results. CSV and JSON tables, interactive HTML chromatograms, QC charts, and a call to go through anything that needs discussion.

- Peak detection
- Derivative-based detection on a Savitzky–Golay-smoothed trace with asymmetric-least-squares baseline correction.
- Deconvolution
- Bi-exponentially modified Gaussian fits separate co-eluting compounds and recover each area.
- Batch consistency
- LOWESS retention-time drift correction and dynamic-time-warping consensus across all samples.
- Review scoring
- Random-forest score per peak with accepted / review / rejected tiers, plus explicit ion-ratio and S/N rules.
- Peak metrics
- Area, height, retention time, S/N, FWHM, asymmetry and quantifier/qualifier ratio for every peak.
- Deliverables
- CSV and JSON results, interactive HTML report with chromatogram overlays and QC charts, consultation call.
